Chipping Sparrow
With its chestnut cap and black eyeliner, the chipping sparrow is looking cute!
The former iconic sparrow of North America.
Red Land Crab
A crab that looks like it’s trying to hide, though its coloration seems to be working against it. What do you think? Is it hidden from your view?
Green Heron
Just one picture, but compared to most one picture birds, this one is really nice!
Though unfortunately, the lighting doesn’t really highlight the iridescent green that they’re known to have. Still, I think it’s a solid shot!
Eastern Chipmunk
A tiny, adorable rodent of North America with a distinctive set of stripes! Skilled little scavengers.
Laughing Gull
Yet another shorebird against the water/sky! Funny how many there are, isn’t it?
Curly Tailed Lizard
You get exactly one guess as to what this creature’s defining feature is.
Florida Duskywing
This little butterfly almost looks like a night sky with all of those little speckles of light on its dark wings!
Great White Butterfly
Though green-tinted, this butterfly is a Great White! I wonder if it has a reputation for devouring humans.
Large Orange Sulfur
The bright yellow wings with the red flower and green leaves I think makes for a good composition!
Common Ground Dove
Run, run, run! It’s a common ground dove! Watch it skitter across the sand!
